This module really wraps shared REST functionality more than shared List
functionality.

This allows to develop the client side stuff by loading the index.html
directly into the browser without a huge webserver stack

Also added a view for variable lists.

Added cancel button (works), added API stub/mock to server side.

This is to avoid the frame looking transparent while animating.
